The main idea: after nuclear war world was destroyed (like Fallout or Metro2033), only few people survived. They founded new countries. Few of new countries whis could build it's own planes. The Empire was one of them.
It is one of the first Empire's planes.

I could hardly do it with low physics and using Yaw. It will take off only in the end of the runway.
