The Shooting Star began to enter service in late 1944. In the year 1958 The country of BigHead purchased 2 F-80 shooting stars from the United States, they were not used for combat but for training and other purposes. These planes were in Service with the BigHead Air Force (BHAF) From 1959-1968.
