To load the plane first Activate Ag-1 and the tail section go up and you avtivate the engine using only VTOL and Yaw positionate the plane over the Container after that Retract LandingGear and activate Ag-2 for loading and after deactivate ag-1 an active LandingGear and you are good to fly :-) ,you can fly the plane unloaded if you want
