Soo back story on wtf I made

I was thinking of making a hydro plane plane because originality and some one mentioned that "you making for the pedestal fighter challenge?" I was like no because well it was kinda stupid but I ended up joining because well it seems fun

back story to this thing

Russia made these weird ass planes to test how hydro plane wings would do as regular wings

They ended up making this and.. Well added 2 rapid fire cannons and 2 long range missles and designated this to an interceptor role

Philippines (being the island nation it is) saw these strange hybrids, gave them nato names, and decided to order a couple hundred of them as costal supporters and rescue spotters

This specific plane is piloted by a special individual nicknamed "anak ng pasig" or "son of pasig", the nickname was given to him when he spotted more than 50 people when a ferry was capsized near the islands of culion and successfully intimidate 4 Chinese fighters off the coast of Luzon

He/she is still in active duty to this day

Armaments

2 rapid fire cannons with 1 thousand rounds each

2 long range missles

Ag1: plane mode to hydro plane mode
Ag2: lights
Ag3-8 :unused

When in the water activate 1, Throttle to 50% and trim to full when it starts to skip, slowly reduce trim or Throttle

When you wanna take off from water, full Throttle and pull up and activate 1
