@Zanedavid I hope you do! It’s great when you find something you’re good at, are passionate about, and enjoy studying/working in
Thanks man, I think maybe I need to open up to new ideas and maybe I’ll find it, @Mustang51
Damn I’m sorry to hear about college. I read through the comments and I also had a similar problem with aircraft engineering. I really wanted to become an engineer because I loved the idea of working for an aircraft manufacturer but I just found a lot of the process so boring. I also love flying planes and thought I would do that as a career but I realised some things are just better as a hobby. Both aviation and firearms are the two main passions in my life but I realised that all the jobs involved with this were ones I didn’t really want. Now I found another passion in the legal and corporate world and I couldn’t be happier with my choices. I changed my college subject to EU law and am working in a legal department at the same time. Sometimes you just have an epiphany and everything comes together. I really hope you find what you’re looking for in both education and employment. You might find you’re interested in something you never thought you would be.
LMAOOOOO
Yeah like I’m not a super religious man, but my parents force me to go to church and one Sunday the pastor was saying how it’s all gods will and how he has a plan for us, like bruh he must of been rollin some serious dice for me cause it’s been some highs and a whole lotta lows so far, BUT YEAH BRO IM ALMOST DONEEEEEE @Sadboye12
bruh same i always think am i doing the right stuff or is it all a waste :(
BUT IM HYPED FOR DA TANK GIMME DA TANK
Hey thanks man, I’m doing ok I’m just really stressed out and keep wondering if it’s all really worth the effort :/ BUT THAT TANK IS ALMOST DONE THO SO THATS A PLUSS!!! @Sadboye12
heard u doing not so good fam
i wish you good luck and hope you are doing well :(
True true I do like drawing @Flash0of0green
@Zanedavid if your collage has a art or pottery classes you could take those. with the excuse that it might help out with modeling aircraft you might think up.
@Zanedavid its a supper chill course, though when i took the class each class was three hours long and people normally fell asleep during film watching segments of the class.
Oh ok, I think my friend is taking something like that @Flash0of0green
@Zanedavid not what i meant by critic. that class requires you to review old films and explain why they worked for there time, and what you would have changed.
Yeah like Once you see you can’t unsee stuff, that really bothers me especially if it’s a movie or something I like a game@Flash0of0green
@Zanedavid i remember history of motion pictures (which is a humanities class) was fun. will turn you into a film critic though.
I’m not one for the big push on gen ed...especially classes like...native education, now don’t get me wrong, this is important and is necessary for some fields in certain aspects, but Sitting at a desk designing planes shouldn’t require me to know about how the Mayans used the sun as an alignment for their pyramids @Flash0of0green
That’s why I tried to start with a Aviation maintenance @methirasoysa123
Oh yah my goal is to become some type of engineer/ mainly designer... but I am not good with any math besides basic geometry...my dream of being a designer for Lockheed has slowly become more of a Weight than a booster for motivation, knowing how much math that requires...@methirasoysa123
@Zanedavid some Gen Ed classes can be fun.
Yeah I gotta think about Gen Ed classes because my engineering and design classes are all full, after thanksgiving break is finals so I’m gonna drive to study hard for thoes...I just need motivation lol @Flash0of0green
Obviously it’s not a joke, I just don’t know where I’m going in my life, I had a good head start in Aviation maintenance but they shut the program down, now I don’t know what I’m doing @methirasoysa123
I like that man!@Zanedavid
I’m home schooled and I don’t really know too much about the A’s B’s C- or stuff but yea, doesn’t sound good@Zanedavid
cool. a little suggestion on collage, if memory serves your in your second year. my suggestion is next semester slow down a little bit, if your collage allows re take any failed class, and only take the class you failed (if your parents allow it). over all don't force your self to take a full complement of classes in order to to rush through collage.
Like I just took the midterm (I think, it wasn’t clarified) this morning and I understood the first two pages, then the last two I had more question marks then answers...I told my parents I probably got a B- or a C when I know I got a D, hopefully a C or even a C- @Diloph
