Some backgrounds: It was expected to be fighter of ACEs. Its projects start at 1975 and was built for fighting against wasp. However, it is too late for the new generation in 1981.
Its maneuverability becomes "obsolete", so the designers from the federation of Bandi add an "energy shield" to it. The shield can destroy planes and some missile, but not machine guns and explosion.
