Rules:
You cannot use engines. This includes “electric engines” made from rotators and blocks. Only weapons can be the source of power.
Fine Tuner and Overload mods are allowed, other mods not allowed.
Must be mobile friendly

Speed: How fast does it fly? 1-10
Range: How far can it fly? 1-10
Dogfight capability: How well can it dogfight? 1-10
Flight: How easy is it to takeoff, fly, and land? 1-10
