A common naval brig from the turn of the 19th century HMS Swift is armed with 10 9-pound guns. Brigs often served as scout vessels aswell as oporating in water to shallow for the larger frigats and ships-of-the-line. These vessels were often commanded by LT commanders. American brigs were generaly supperior because leas could be built so more time and effort were put into them. This one is English. Thanks for all the downloads and pleas leave a comment. Have fun

Just letting you know an update broke this, and I thought it a worthy creation to restore. Mine is listed as a successor @Shampooshark

@Shampooshark I was where you are now. Back then, I had DeezDucks supporting me. I really like your buids, and I want you to advance in this community. Also, me having a lot of points doesn't mean I'm different. I don't judge users by their points, but by the quality of their builds.

@Shampooshark you did not. I am always open for a discussion, especially educative one. If you ever have some negative criticism for me, or something to discuss, just say it. I'm not easy to offend, especially if nothing offensive is said. Could you make a xebec (Mediterranean fast ship) next?

@Shampooshark I also spent years on finding out everything about tallships, but I focussed more on the late 17th Century and the early and middle 18th. That also explains my first steps in this game ^^

No problem man, I spend a lot of time studying 18th and 19 th century marine history ,in particular the navy's of the time so I know a good bit so I'm sorry if I seamed a little rude@EternalDarkness

@Shampooshark no problem, m8. What made me think it's a schooner is the aft mast being taller than the fore mast, and yes, mostly fore-and-aft rigging.

Yea the fore-and-aft rig on the main mast do give it that schooner look, along with the hull which is similar to the Lynx and the Riggin. However it is a brig. Thx for sticking with me man@EternalDarkness

Really nice. Details are good, and so is it overall design. I just can't help but notice that it actually looks more like a schooner, and a good one.
