Modded Guns - Essentials
"Presented to you, your essential tools."
Since all of my planes use heavy XML modding and make the most out of modded parts, I should probably share some modded parts with you. Note that this causes lag when fired. Remove the fast bullet guns to get around most of the lag. If you use these, you have no obligation to give credit, as these are basic. Of course, credit is always appreciated, but not needed.
Whats included:
- Scaled Guns.
- Colored bullets. Colored tag refers to bullet color. These are the colors that I like to use.
Modded functionality:
1. Laser. Continuous beam.
2. Pulse laser. Like the laser but has a short burst time. Looks cooler (at least to me) and is less laggy.
3. High Rate of Fire. Self explanatory.
4. Negative Rate of Fire. Very interesting. Has multishot on tap fire, and shoots a short stream on hold fire. Negative RoF means that there can only be a certain amount of live bullets from that gun at a certain moment.
5. Bridge destroyer. Heavy bullets that also make the Beast move around.
6. Slow bullets. Bullets that move slowly.
7. Fast bullets. They move very fast, and lag... a lot. These were a mistake to include. Mobile users beware. I would recommend removing them.
8. No burst cooldown. Keeps on shooting.
9. Zero Spread. Very accurate.
10. Large spread. Kinda like a shotgun, crazy bullet hoses can be made with these.
These parts (exceptions being the lasers) only have one option XML modded. They are fairly basic. I may post some that combine XML modded options upon request.

I can’t play the game because of this simple 184 part build
why does it crash the game when loaded into the world or spawned in as an ai
I slapped it onto a prop plane and ripped the convoy so bad they were flying for 6 minutes strait before they hit terminal velocity
OH MAN
hey mate i credited you in one of my aircraft modifications if you wanna take a look(i used your weapon) :)
It killed my game
No problem.
@spefyjerbf
@ThatOneF15Eagle Makes sense. thanks for letting me know!
The continuous laser beam gun (Type 1) is what causes the game to crash.
No problem, I am trying to find out what causes it too, removing part by part to see what makes SP crash on iPads, if I find anything, I'll tell you @spefyjerbf
@ChristianBoer Interesting. It might be because the XML properties used in many of these don’t exist anymore. Thanks for the warning!
iPad users, watch out! The guns have a 90% chance of crashing your game when you spawn, no matter how much you remove.
Dont use it on medium/big vehicles on ipads!
@MTakach In overload, there should be an attribute similar to that, yes.
@spefyjerbf fire rate?
@MTakach The attributes of “tracerColor” and fireRate were modified.
tell me kind sir what did you use in the laser miniguns? (like overload)
Noice
LOL that stretched out one tho.
Make me a minigun with explosive bullets, large spread, fast, and powerful
@ChromeGamer25 I'll think of putting that in the next essentials post. Thanks!
Hello there! I, as many others, would like to see a slow rate of fire and high damage roll wing gun, (say, 37-40mm auto cannon.) Many thanks and happy flying!
Really good job dude 3’ and 5’ are excellent ant the rest still epic thx
@spefyjerbf That would be totally useful!
@SpiritusRaptor Thanks for the upvote. Of course, these guns aren't really useful with the updated XML options from 1.7. Hm, I might have to make another essentials post....
