Its just a normal cart with a Jet engine inside of it. You can put your Overpowered XMl modded engines in here to test them. (Its up to you) It also has a generator thingy box whatever it is to power the engine. You can use Ag1 to power on the engine and the generator to test the engine that comes with the download.
