I agree with @Parehare because #1, 2 wing mounted engines while the p-51 mustang had 1, fuselage mounted engine at the front, and #2 the fuselage shape, and #3 wing shape. It looks like a crossbreed plane between the B-25 mitchel bomber and the coarsair fighter
