Guys, i'm done, i dont get the logic of an engine exhaust size in XML, tried all variants, cant get what needed.

Can anybody help?

I need the engine exhaust be long (about the same length as now), but still remain round and of normal diameter to the engine size), so it fit into a longer engine pod and just show up a bit in the rear of an engine pod nozzle on 89% thrust, but dont protrude on the sides.

Here is an engine both with nacelle and separate. Engines are at 0,7% scale.

Thanks a lot!

My god, i just realised i ve spent 240 parts on 4 engines alone, without a plane itself =]]

@Leehopard well, there are exhaust size settings in XML, but they dont work like xyz... the engine is already scaled down and fitted in the nacelle, but its way forward so that its front part shows in the intake, this way engine exhaust glow is completely hidden inside the decorative nacelle...

exhaust effect size is fixed to world's xyz axis of coordinates.
just only 'longer' effect can't be done...
I think you may can scale down the engine and set it hide in nacelle
