Start by setting VTOL to above the 4th mark but below the top this will angle you to jump forward. Second set throttle to around 30% this controls some airbrakes under your feet this helps so the frog doesn't break as easily. Next press the pitch upward this will make you jump if you press the pitch down the frog will explode so don't do that. while in the air try to bring VTOL back down to default, and keep legs out until you are about to hit the ground or you will probably land on your face.
