[CLOSED] Post Stall Maneuver Challenge
Where in here, I want you to try your best at making Supermaneuverable aircrafts!
But before we continue, let's understand what a "Post Stall Maneuver" is, shall we?
According to my knowledge, Post Stall Maneuver (a.k.a PSM) is a maneuver that performs when the aircraft barely stalls. This results in the aircraft performing something impossible that would make Newton cry.
Such examples of the PSM, are Kulbit, Cobra, and Flat Spins.
an SAAB 35 Draken performing a Cobra
a Su-27M Flanker-E performing a Kulbit
a Su-57 Felon performing a Flat Spin
I will judge your aircraft based on:
Stability: ?/25
Design: ?/25
Level of Detail: ?/25
Performance: ?/25
BONUS POINTS
Cockpit: ?/10
Weapons: ?/10
Carrier Ops: ?/10
Rules:
- Craft MUST be a successor to the post!
- No meme builds. I'll auto disqualify you for that.
- Must work well in low physics. what do you expect? I'm a shitty android player.
- Craft must be below 2700 Performance Cost. 1000-ish is recommended. Because above that, my phone couldn't handle anything.
- No unlimited fuels.
- No massive acceleration bullshit. To make accelerations slower, add "throttleResponse" xml into the engines.
- VTOL aircraft is allowed. VIFF is technically a PSM. It's just a more bulls#!tty version.
- Multiple submissions are allowed. Just no more than 5.
- No stealing! It bad.
- Please add proper descriptions so I can understand how to fly the plane and what features it has.
Side note: at first I wanted only an afterburning engine, but people say it's hard to do. Especially with my thrust to weight requirement. So I lift those two off. And Swing Wings are now allowed.
That's all there is to it!
Here are the rewards (the participation upvotes counts as one):
1st Place
: 13 Upvotes and a Spotlight.
2nd Place
: 10 Upvotes and a Spotlight.
3rd Place
: 8 Upvotes.
4th Place
: 6 Upvotes.
5th Place
: 4 Upvotes.
And of course, everyone who participated gets an upvote. I'll also upvote your multiple submissions if you make them.
I'm still pretty bored.
Anyways, that's all from me, and have fun building!

Recommended to build your aircraft on low physics. My phone doesn't like high physics with 1000 performance cost.
Oh also, forgot to mention. If we haven't got at least 12 contestants, I'll add a month time limit. Let's hope it's less than 12 contestants participated when the deadline is here, so you can improve your builds more!
@Dragorans
oof.
I'll have to cancel my entry, I'm too busy :(
@GorillaGuerrilla
Look at the rules.
@ZeroWithSlashedO that means i cant post a link to a plane with less part so i will just post my potato parts plane here then. i find it hard to reduce performace cost. so the maximum here is still 2000 now? i have seen people getting away with it at 2700 here. my plane is like around 2700 now. how about i will just post it at 2700 then if u want to enjoy it further just throw away something.
@GorillaGuerrilla
I mean...
You could.
You'll get minus points tho so that sucks.
@ZeroWithSlashedO i have 99% finished with my non-tvc entry last week maybe better than most if not all guyfolk's non-tvc plane. but it has high parts. do u think i can get away with it if i post it and also include a link of the same plane with lower parts??
@GorillaGuerrilla
depends.
@ZeroWithSlashedO btw how much more points if the plane has no tvc??? i find it exponentially difficult to make, but i love making one.
@Viper_Z3R0
Welcome to the challenge!
@Viper_Z3R0 it's till 27 march, so yeah
Cool i join or too late?
@FalcoOne
You'll have to adjust the cockpit yourself though, because the VISTA is an NF-16D, which means it's a 2 seater.
@ZeroWithSlashedO Thanks, I'll try making it myself, if I don't I'll gladly use your frame.
@FalcoOne
Y'know what?
If I can finish my F-16C before March 27th, I'll give you the frame.
@GorillaGuerrilla thanks man. I'll try and get that F-16 VISTA made, I have half the fuselage
@GorillaGuerrilla
If that wasn't enough, I made a whole forum talking about it.
@FalcoOne all the best with the school transfer then! good luck!
@GorillaGuerrilla Don't think I'll make it on time with my limited building skills, was quite busy because of school transfer. Just started the fuselage yesterday,
@FalcoOne still waiting for your entries lol
@GriseoCattus nice but like we also need to broadcast this thing. perhaps many people who were interested earlier were just too busy
I will make another psm plane after F-86, my F-22 is currently cancelled, although i would go back to it after a few months when i have better skills making planes.
Ohhhh, deadline extended.
@GriseoCattus
No.
