Disclaimers

First of all, thanks to WizNick for the engine codes and the suspensions for the tank

History

No where near the MDA
The history of this tank starts with another tank entirely, that tank being older than the MDA itself.

The M35 line had seven tanks (those being the M35, M35E1, M35E2, M35E3, M35E4, M72 Crocodile, and SPAAF M35.) These tanks had low hulls and rounded turrets, these were built just for fun and had never seen combat, and probably won't. But they had a 90mm, these were weird tanks, and my first tank.
So we got the Excelsior
When I joined the MDA deciding where to put me drove me insane, but when I got my own branch under Foxhound (The Insurgent and Counter Insurgent Force) I built the Crusader, which is still in active service. But that and the later Cruiser did not boast enough firepower to rival the tanks of other branches of the MDA, so I built this:

The Excelsior. This tank was a light MBT based on the idea of being able to fit all my tanks into the C-20 Short launch. The later variant, the MK2, incorporated some minor changes, those being the edition of a a ERA type armor package, a smaller, commander turret, and a slightly more powerful gun, known as the Anton A2.
Last of the Excelsiors:
The next Mark series of Excelsiors had many new changes, so I'll break it up into three parts

Center:
In the center we have the Excelsior MK3, the modernized variant incorporating many new changes, those being better armor, new cannon (Anton A5), new engines, and a new ERA Package. This was retired at the end of 2024 because it was not as easy to modify as the Cruiser and Crusader.
Left:
The Excelsior MK3-25, that thing, it isn't that special with only two major modifications, those being the new missile on the back of it's turret, and the introduction of the new Anton A13, a somewhat increased Anton A5.
Right:
This is the most customized variant, the MK3C. The C stands for Customized. This used the upgrade package on the MK3 variants retired in 2024 too keep itself moving, they are easy to add and remove along with being easy to replace.
Anton's new project:
The plan to replace the Excelsior MK3 started in Dec 2024, near the very end of the year. The tank Anton works built had two engine instead of one, and a completely new design. This tank was called the MCCVH.

MCCVH means Multi Command Combat Vehicle Heavy. This tank proposal was meant to use the same chassis and suspension but with different turrets and engines depending on if the Army or if the ICI is using that chassis. The original engine used in the prototype was two 3500HP D15P V16 engines, and was armed with the Anton A15 gun. Unfortunately I didn't like the tank's armor so I told them to redo it and they came up with the basis for the MDA-S Excelsior II.
.

Now

Now we have it
They came up with this:

They gave it similar modifications to the Excelsior MK3C. It uses the Anton A15 guna nd the Anton MCCVH hull with increased armor. It uses the same targeting system as the Excelsior MK1, MK2, and MK3 type tanks, along with the armor similar to the K2 Black Panther, and can still fit in the C-20. It uses the same, twin D15P powerplant as the MCCVH, causing it to have similar power and MUCH better performance than the Excelsior MK3 series.

This tank also came equipped with a smoke screen and IBMDS (Infared and Beam riding Missile Disruption System.) It was also made to be easily recoverable in battle to take the parts out of a old one and put it in a new one.

.

Now what

Maybe:
In case the MDA gets involved with the Retronian invasion of Snowstone and Veridisia, the Excelsiors will be one of the first ICI tanks on the ground, allowing it to see action and test itself out.
