First take the plane of the ground and fly until you run low on fuel.Then make sure you are high enough (at least 8000 ft) and press button 1 to be catapulted of the plane.When you are close to the water or ground press button 2 to open the parachutes.When you land cut off the parachutes nad press button 3 to start the engines but if you land on the ground meke sure to open the wheels. Note you have to wait 5 seconds until the catapult works
