Navlights + Landing lights (subassembly)
I thought I could share my saved subassembly that I use for nav/landing lights.
They'll work as long as you keep the three last colours in your pallete white, green and red, in that order (look into the pallette of this plane to see what I mean). Of course you can assign whatever colours you'd like.
Save the small "plane" to your subassemblies if you'd like.
Scroll down for description of each light.
All lights are toggled with AG8 + landing lights have own control
1 - Landing lights
Set them to either white or a shade of yellow. They are steady, and are controlled by the gear (when you retract gear, the lights turn off).
One should go on your nose gear, and two on the leading edge of the wings.
2 - Beacon lights
Short red flashes. They should go between the wings, one on the top of the fuselage, and one on the bottom.
3 and 4 - Steady navlights
They just glow. They should go on the leading edge and point slightly away from the plane. They shouldn't be visible when looking at the plane from behind.
Red light on the pilot's left-hand side, green one on the pilot's right-hand side.
5 - Flashing navlights
White, on both wingtips, one at the tail cone.
6 - Tail beacon
Shouldn't be called a beacon, because it's not flashing. I just was too lazy to edit the screenshot. It's just a steady white light that should go right beside the flashing tail navlight, so on the tail cone.
