The LESJ 009 Quaesitor is a medium recon vehicle also utilized as a fast response and support force or urban counter-insurgence.
Its name came from the Latin word seeker because that is what it does.
The project started because of the need for a rapid response or reconnaissance force.
In 1998 a contest was initiated to create a vehicle that meets these needs, by 2001 the first prototypes were ready and being tested, prototype No. 4 won the contest, after some modifications such as the replacement of the loader by an autoloader among other small changes.
Deployments
It was deployed as part of the peace keeping operations after the operation "surprise freedom" in the desertic Island were it conducted patrolling and counter-insurgence activities in the occupied cities and towns
(LESJ 009 patrolling in an unidentified city)
It also work as a fast response vehicle to counter the few military assets that the rebels still used
(LESJ 009 coming down from a dune)
Here it was when it's horizontal stabilizer came in handy, since it allowed to quick hit and run attack's until a more powerful counter force could be mobilize
It also served in the conflict in the northern part of the main Island were the majority of the roads were to thin and weak for the tanks to go through. Some times it was the only combat ready ground vehicle at hand due to this some bases used them as it main force

You should upload it with another thumbnail, it kinds blends in too good so you cant really the tank as a thumbnail. For example, take a look at the picture where the tank drives down a dune, due to the blue sky, you see the tank much better :)
