R-4 beattle bug
Designed by HR Inc for the war of the three nation, the beattle was orignally to be a unmaned self propelled artillery peice, however, its limited bouyancy caused several problems when crossing waterbodies, so it was designed to be a multipurpose attack gun. Its flight was not exceptional, but it was mainy intended to glide with power, and saw use in several cliff based battles, where the beattle could swoop down and deliver massive firepower. Its stealth coating and slim radar profile made it near impossible to hit, but in order to maintain the slim radar profile, the tank aspect was rejected. To maintain its slim figure, the motor the controlled the turrent was removed, forcing the entire vehicle to turn if the gun was to be changed in its positioning. Troops on the front had mixed feelings for it, since it was expensive and time consuoming to repair or even to prep it for combat ready status, but provided unparreled support for ground troops. The program is in the procces of termination, with an order for 150 more to supllement the 1024 already in combat.
