Brief Introduction

The DF-17 hypersonic ballistic missile, developed by the People's Republic of China, represents an advanced iteration of the DF-16B ballistic missile. This tactical missile is designed for operation in the near-space environment and is equipped with a hypersonic warhead. The weapon's capabilities were first showcased to the public during the grand parade commemorating the 70th anniversary of the People's Republic of China in 2019. Notably, the DF-17 exhibits all-weather operation, independent of support systems, and possesses enhanced penetration capabilities, allowing for precise strikes against targets at short and medium ranges. Consequently, the People's Republic of China has achieved a historic milestone by becoming the first nation to field hypersonic weapons, with the DF-17 being the first such weapon to achieve initial combat readiness.

Operation Method

Launch steps

1.Click AG4 to open the cover.
2.Click AG3 vertical missile.
3.Wait for the fixture to open (about 5 seconds)
4.Click AG5 to close the support frame.
5.Lock in.
6.Launch the DF-17.

If you wanna retrieve the missile, follow these steps:

First,make sure the AG5 is switched off.
Next,make sure AG4 is turned on.
Lastly,turn off AG3.

Activate group functions:

AG1: Turn on the light
AG2: Open the door
AG3: Erect missile
AG4: Open the hatch cover
AG5: Remove the support frame
AG6: Separate warhead
AG7: Turn on the antenna
