-entry must be a successor of this vehicle
-no altering the body of the car except for the following:
Front tires, and chassis
Rear tires, and chassis
Front wing
Rear wing
Fuel and weight of parts
-XML modding is not allowed
-only one engine
-no propeller or jet engines
