Description
The Wr-240 (Codename: Geier) was the first fighter that was equipped with a thrust vectoring system.
This project started in the late 90's, When the Navy of The Republic of Westerland disliked Wr-220's for their navy because the lack of Air to Ground capabilities and wanted a better alternative, The aircraft was finalised in 2003 and introduced in 2005 for the annual military parade of independence, hence the paint job.
