a new challenge for everyone. imagine the second world war didn't end in 1945, what crazy projects were developed, what amazing things got created. this is your challenge, create either your own design (as long as its period feasible) or replicate some of the amazing concepts that was banded around at the time. this is my example. its a Nazi concept for a sub orbital rocket to drop a atom bomb on new York. to use........move location to north runway so claws can stick at the end of the runway, throttle up, hit 1 to activate booster rockets and wait for full power, 2 to to release sled, 3 to release aircraft. 4 for bomb bay doors (VTOL slider) and 5 to eject bomb. has some odd characteristics, is hard to land and sometimes detonates for like no reason. enjoy

Really interesting concept. I studied hypothetical WW2 weaponry and this one always intrigued me. However, it wouldn't have worked irl though if the Nazis tried because of things like reentry heating.

@rth1131999 cool, I'm so glad. its a funny old bird but once you master her the rewards for just taking off, getting high, dropping bomb and landing again is a great sense of achievement.

@rth1131999 that is really weird I don't have access to a Mac for testing. Could you try it on lowest settings and release the cart just as the ramp starts to drag. Curious if its a Mac/android/PC crossover issue or its a setting issue. As it works perfectly on android lowest setting

I'm using Mac on the highest settings. The issue is, the detacher 2 fails fairly consistently a lot of the time, and sticks to the sled. and on mine, I can't use south runway because it's a good 100ft or so from the edge, so I have to use the north runway. detacher 3 has a tendency to put it into a spiral, and break it as well.

@andrewgarrison @rth1131999 what systems/settings are you using as I can't replicate your problems. Remember go to the south runway, throttle up, hit 1. Wait for full thrust (the ramp will engage end of runway and on basic settings the detacher will strech) hit 2 to launch sled, 3 to launch plane, and pitch up.

This is very odd. I've extensively tested it on lowest settings ( all I can do on my tablet) and it takes off consistently. Very odd indeed. Did you read the instructions. Its not an easy thing to master
