1: must be under 1000 pounds. 2: no modded parts. 3: must be a working plane flies. for fuselage i made a fuselage block into a 1x1x1 block and put fuel in it. that reduced around 60-70 pounds. good luck! oh and also it doesn't have to be capable of ground or water takeoff. (Ends August 2nd)
