Tank destroyer, developed in February 1944 on the basis of units and aggregates of the PzIV. Existed only in sketches. Work on the project was discontinued in favor of a similar machine developed on the basis of units and aggregates Krupp Waffentrager 12.8 cm PaK 44 Czech production.
