On May 4, 2007, Douala, Africa, was shrouded in heavy rain, resulting in the forced delay of several flights at the airport. One hour later, Kenya Airways Flight 507 finally took off to Nairobi. However, shortly after taking off, it crashed into a mangrove swamp, killing all 114 people on board. When everyone focused on the infamous weather in Africa, the investigators found that a small mistake had become the trigger for a series of events, leaving everyone on the plane on the wrong track
