The XF-309 Arbiter is an experimental drone to test high-speed survelliance. It features two engines getting it up to speeds of over 920 miles per hour. This, combined with its' simplistic design, make it hard to catch on radar. If you want to spy on the other islands, no fear! This bird has enough fuel to take it there and back! It has enough space for bombs, drop-tanks, missiles, and anything else you can fit under these wings! Takeoff speed is whenever you feel like it (or before it flips and blows up).
