This is a light, single engine biplane designed and built by the Yorkshire Aviation Company (YA co). It is manufactured entirely from lightweight aluminium alloy with height strength to weight ratio, this allows for the simpler wing support structure without cables allowed for a more aerodynamic design. It it powered by a single 8 cylinder radial engine giving 1000hp which turns a four bladed prop, this allows for the relatively high top speed of (ASL and NTP)
