Construction of the Airbus 330 began in 1978 and first flew on November 2, 1992. The Airbus A330 is available in 200 and 300 models. The 200 model, which is shorter, is designed to fly short to long distances. This model has the ability to carry 253 people in 2 classes for long distances with a very quiet and comfortable cabin. This model has the ability to display each seat and check email and mobile phone via satellite. The 300, which is a more elongated model, is capable of carrying 300 passengers in 2 classes for a range of 5450 nautical miles (10093 km) in a very affluent cabin. Also, both the 200 and 300 models have a very comfortable resting place for the cabin crew.
