Based on the 1968 Avenger, This Ute, with the mighty RHA 500 under the hood, was introduced to compete with the El Camino and El Ranchero, and was a worthy opponent at that. It brought about a insane new power in utes combined with the expected reliability of RHA vehicle, and saw great success for the 4 years it was produced.
