LRAJ Regalia
A long-range assault jet (LRAJ) that can fly over extremely long distances at an optimal speed. Its known maximum, horizontal speed is between 500 and 510 mph at 30% throttle and near the water. Unlike most of my other planes, the Regalia has practically nothing to it; if you can fly a plane, the Regalia will be a breeze.
Indeed, it can land on slightly rough terrain at low speeds (200-100 mph.)
At high altitude (40,000 ft,) the maximum reliably recorded horizontal speed is around 1,210 mph, and at low altitude (2,000 ft,) it can fly up to around 880 mph for horizontal flight with reasonable uncertainty. Directly above the water (50 ft,) it can fly up to around 780 mph with reasonable uncertainty, horizontally and at max throttle.
Don't worry; if you enter the water, it's rather easy to get back out, or just skip along the water at low throttle, presumably to land at the USS Tiny, USS Beast, or one of those mean destroyers to get a closer look at it.
