This is a "wheel" powered by two wheels. Steps: Activate 1 and vtol down to assemble wheel, deactivate 1 and activate 2 to start it up. It uses tank controls and if you don't know what that means then, you push vtol and trim all the way up and lower one to turn. It doesn't work too well, it is kinda hard to control I am going to try to fix it.
