New portum need a way to get a small compact but large living area. So they made this. Each hexagon is a home to a family of four. The top area is where The more expensive ones are because they are on top and they have better furnishings. The building has two disc looking areas for two parks, or one can be a park while the other a hell pad.
Scaled to 1 hexagon = same size as 1 bus in width.
