TRY and ANSWER
I flew it, very unstable. I would try removing the front engines and adding more intakes to gain extra power from the rear engine. Then re-balance the plane and make your control surfaces a bit larger.
just an FYI, I didn't actually fly it. I just upvoted you so you at least have some points to start out with.
