As an attempt to freshen up the ever-so compact arsenal of existing weapons, the HevRail was designed as a weapon that had a more heavy, less compact role. The resulting weapon was meant to be huge, but it is only mid sized by most standards.
In combat, the HevRail fires a large amount of energy that is equivalent to 400 minugin rounds. It is capable of destroying anything.
