This car is the Havoc version of a vehicle jointly developed by Havoc, Lombardi and Sakura.
Havoc's "Asterios," which means "star," was created with commercial sales in mind.
The naturally aspirated V12 is the same as the Sakura Eternity, but it has been changed from DOHC (double overhead cam) to OHV (overhead valve).
There are also reports that Cyclops will be making a comeback...
