This thing does actually explode, All ya' gotta' do is a creshh! The bottom is detachable and activate group 1 to do so. The real ohka didn't have any landing gear (i think) and was launched from submarines via catapult, which is why the ohka is rocket powered and not jet powered. It sometimes took off from airbases but used detachable gear pieces as the developers knew that none of these were coming back anyways :3 (scuicide joke, sorry)...
