@Testin123 what i has found is that, even if a rotator is stuck INSIDE a block, as long as the top of the rotator is exposed, it WILL spin.

@Testin123 well, the rotators are exposed, it has a good gun, but the rest of the machine, while getting the job done, kind of blocks the greatness. A good screenshot also helps!
