Marteau système Renard
The Renard is an advanced infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) developed by Marteau Système to serve as both a versatile IFV and a dedicated escort vehicle for the Valoisian Armored Brigades.
The Renard is armed with a FL-25 55mm autocannon mounted on its primary turret, complemented by a MG12 7.92mm coaxial machine gun for secondary firepower. Enhancing its versatility, the turret features a remote-controlled weapon station equipped with a 25mm PDA autocannon, a 40mm grenade launcher, and a VP.25 anti-vehicle missile system, the latter housed in six compact launch tubes.
The Renard made its combat debut in the Dunemare Desert, on the southern front of Valoisia, during a campaign to suppress a growing insurgency targeting the Valoisian Parliament. It was deployed alongside the 23rd Armored Regiment "Épée" and the 44th Armored Regiment "Lorraine", escorting Special Operations forces to their area of operations. The Renard proved invaluable, delivering critical fire support, ensuring safe passage for allied units, and ultimately driving insurgent forces into retreat.
