MR 28 F is fifth generation twin engine tactical fighter aircraft from unknown army. Development from unknown unknown secret program. This plane also equipped with ground equipment, stealth capability and smart radar detector. The airplane become 1 of main unknown air Force fighter.

 Development began in early 1990's after saw mig-31 and f-15E begin to conquer the sky. While unknown country tried to keep neutral, they still aware that they'll be part side and their country will turn into battlefield.  They decided to make a better superiority for both f15 and mig 31. Unknown air Force began to ask few companies to built a fighter that have STOL and carrier capability, long flight range, fast and stealthy. Each companies try to built their fighter but they can't fulfill all of the requirements, untill they become to work together to built a fighter that excess the requirements. they called it "Newproto". After few modifications (from A to E) the final release became mass production model. To keep superior they didn't export any kind of MR- 28 except for cockpit.

    This plane always join any theater of war. Almost any axis or allied nation didn't know about this plane (most of them  said that is An UFO)  untill some recording from TU-114 blackjack that became prey of this fighter. Not long after that in other side some f-15 squadron lost almost all of them and a survivor recorded this fighter capability. And after cold war end, both of USA and USSR saw this plane in unknown army parade
