The Kalax Jaeger-III Class Destroyer is the successor to the Jaeger-II. First proposed in 2018, the construction of the first one didn't begin until late 2019, when the Lykanian Government requested it to be built as soon as possible, as the Vaulanians were also creating a super-advanced, stealth-capable, long-range destroyer. The first one wasn't completed until early 2021 due to the GRV-1 Pandemic. With many more serious upgrades than the Jaeger-II, the Jaeger-III is everything a Navy needs to rattle the bones of their opponents. It features highly advanced Erusean stealth technology, allowing it to stay hidden from enemy radar until it is close enough to be within range of its arsenal of 6 long-range cruise missiles. Its main weapon, however, is the massive railgun on the bow of the ship. Firing rounds reaching speeds faster than 2,500 miles per hour, it is able to hit targets more than 50 miles away. It is powered by 5 graphene batteries, which power two enormous magnets, the conductor rails, which create an electromagnetic field which propels the projectile outwards. On the stern, the ship features an anti-aircraft turret, which holds 4 high-power machine guns capable of taking out targets traveling slower than 500 miles per hour. In addition to all of this weaponry, the Jaeger-III holds 4 torpedoes for close-range combat. Meaning hunter in Emmerian, the Jaeger family of destroyers really lives up to its name.

Hey all! I've returned to SP!

I recently purchased SimplePlanes onto my PC, which I believe will allow me to really step up my building skills. Goodbye, tiny screen!

My first idea was to revamp one of my favorite builds: the Jaeger-II. I gave it brand new weapons, a sort-of new look, and I was going to give it a fully decorated interior, but I was having troubles... Anyway: here's how it works.

Ag. 1 - This will activate your engines. Ignore the inlet warning. Add inlets and this will send your ship straight down into Poseidon's garden. You don't want that. Now, where was I? Oh, yes. VTOL for throttle. You can reach a top speed of 60 miles per hour, but the ship will begin to slide. It won't tip over, but it will definitely send you off course.

Ag. 2 - This will activate the small amount of lights that I scattered throughout the ship. It's a shame they don't actually create light :/.

Ag. 3 and 4 - These two are unused. Want to add something? Use these two!

Ag. 5 - This will activate the machine gun tower on the stern. VTOL to move left and right, Trim to aim up and down.

Ag. 6 - This will activate the cleaver arsenal. Use Trim Up to open the doors first, otherwise you'll go up in a big ball of heat's rage. Once the doors about 3/4 of the way open, VTOL up to move the entire contraption out of the storage compartment. Make sure the missiles are aiming above the antenna tower, otherwise, big ball of boom.

Ag. 7 - This will activate the cannon. VTOL for left and right, Trim for up and down. Time between shots is 1.5 seconds.

That's all I got for today. I look forward to begin putting out build after build now that I've got much more control over my game. To the next build!
