The High Noon is a high-powered flying-wing reconnaissance aircraft designed not only to outdistance enemy weaponry but also their vision. Even at its namesake hour, the High Noon's ghostly silhouette will keep it from even registering its passage. Most importantly, its unearthly top speed would be the most impressive thing many people had ever seen...if it was possible to see it. Yet, thanks to massive amounts of vectored thrust, it remains manageable at low speeds.
