[Aerial] The San Diego class heavy frigate was designed and built by the North American Federation. The ship is 41 meters long, 5.9 meters wide and 7.7 meters high. The standard displacement is 4400 tons, the ship height is 4 meters, and the draft is 6 meters. The ship is equipped with three Iberian Peninsula type naval guns, two Mediterranean type near defense guns, five three company 610mm torpedoes, two 14 company Bodepin prototype rocket launchers, six four company Rhine type air defense missiles, and 16 vertical launch units for air defense missiles and anti-ship missiles. It is developed from the javelin light frigate. The first ship was launched in 1972 and served in 1975. It has extensive application capability and has participated in many escort operations.
