Yes, it is just an innocent nuclear powered carrier for umm STOL aircraft refueling... Totally not for anschluss.
Also, it is quite poorly designed. The door between the bridge and the flying bridge is only around 1.25 meters.
And it turns out that if I fitted a DHC-4 Caribou with a rocket, it can takeoff and land on this.
