This is Anakin Skywalker's yellow jedi interceptor, his first jedi interceptor. To fly, you have to spawn in the air and open your wing panels by dragging your VTOL lever up one notch. While falling, try to get into a nose dive, then engage your thrusters and pull up, you will slowly pull up, and you should be flying straight in no time.
