[TGT] T2 Chester-class Scout Cruiser USS Chester (CL-1)
Target Series!
to honour one of my ships that I've left to die away in my old account.. i made the ship she is based on! you all know the Chester already, so let's talk about the ship that is lost to fwk away. alright, this is what i remember about her.. she is a combination between the USS Chester and HMS Gloucester(which I plan to make later), it's basically Glous Hull with Chessy guns except the guns got a gunshield of the Glous, also, superstructure of Chessy too, hmhh.
oh btw, go look up her history, its damn interesting. hell, I'll even share a little part of her history for you :
- she had something to do with a certain famous liner, although not directly.
- her captain, during her infiltration of a certain important place, was warned that the harbor lights are not gonna be on, so it's gonna be dark, it's gonna be dangerous, and coupled with shallow waters and sharp or blunt rocks here and there, her captain said “whadsat gonna do?” and steamed through anyway, without casualty nor damage, she and her captain successfully helped an important event, her captain was awarded a raaaather unimportant fancy chest ribbon perhaps?

notes : I enjoy making this one while reminiscing about the ship that I had somewhat made which is a combination of the Chester and Gloucester Cruisers, this Chester is very fun to build and see it take shape into a real sailing ship, which my design didn't get the chance to, quite sadly.
