Named in honor of Camillo Castiglioni, who financed the Hansa-Brandenburg firm, the Hansa-Brandenburg CC was a small flying boat fighter used primarily by the Austro-Hungarian Navy. It featured the same "star-strut" interplane struts used on the company's D.I landplane. Despite it's weight and clunky design, it could hold its own against land-based adversaries.
