A fun experiment with simpleplanes swashplate and rotorhead designs. Any help and feedback would be much appreciated, one problem I believe is the rotor RPM is too low, causing all kinds of problems; tips on how to increase that are welcome. (There is also a camera on the mast to watch blade tracking in flight).

Forgot to mention, when powering up, increase throttle to full or bad things happen. VTOL for collective pitch, bad things happen at full collective too, I assume low rotor rpm causing overconing and folding
