Tier II Cavalry tank

(UK/Wright armour)

-Navigation
-All tier II vehicles
-Damage model tutorial
-Damage model demonstration

Standard build, required to have just enough parts for an Android device to be able to run at least 4 smoothly, without sacrificing appearance too much.

A fully detailed variant of an already existing standard build might be made, keep an eye out.

Important note

This vehicle is not on scale with SP's scale system, it is smaller than what it is supposed to be, however it is in scale with all my other builds.

Note

Unlike my previous replicas, this one performs much better, more balanced damage model, lower part count, and feels more like a tank when driven. Very unlike the Kv-2 which is really poorly tested, I have no idea why that got so many upvotes out of nowhere. :3

Controls

-Yaw For Hull Traverse/Turning
-Enable Foward And Reverse (AG1)
-Pitch For Foward And Reverse
-Enable Gun Traverse (AG2)
-Pitch And Roll For Gun Traverse
-Trim for propeller pitch (Only for amphibious)
-Throttle lock (Set throttle value and deactivate AG-1)

If you're having difficulties with the controls or in a different platform other than mobile, feel free to change it as the engine, gyro and rotators are easily accessible.

Description

Cromwell tank, an icon of British tank design. Well protected and very mobile.

First operational: 1944

Experience & Multiplayer

As expected with the Cromwell, it is fast and could take some punishment, only problem is that it is a little bit wider and longer than usual tanks Yeager armour posseses, meaning that you are more likely to get hit, even at full speed.

During testing I noticed that I was hitting the overangled plate just below the upper plate often, in real life it would have the same effectiveness as the upper plate but because of the damage model it is really overpowered, I guess that'll occasionally save the tank when hit.

Armor (RHA-Equivalent in mm)

-(70)Hull front
-(31)Hull sides
-(31)Hull rear
-(75)Turret front
-(60)Turret side & rear
-(75)Mantlet

Arnament

Ordinance QF 75mm
-(91) Of penetration at 50m (AP)
-(5.3) average reload time
-(0) explosive mass

Mobility

(43) kph, sustained speed.
Climbing ability: Excellent

>
Low part count, always lower than 240, mostly less than 100 with all parts set to calculateDrag = false, enables you to spawn more than one without any issues.

>
Realistic performance, all vehicles perform as realistic as possible in mobility and firepower.

>
Advanced damage model is present, simulation of damage depending on armor thickness & angle, only works when against basic rounds, works best against other vehicles of mine.

>
All my recent vehicles can effectively engage each other the way it is supposed to, very useful for MP roleplay encounters or battles.

End note:

One or more tanks/vehicles will be designed/continued every few hours a day, I'll post maybe one or two everyday or maybe none(If I'm busy doing schoolwork or taking a break)

But if you don't want to miss out on my designs you could check out the "tank" tag on newest every once in a while or alternatively just follow my user profile.

Anyways thank you for visiting, and have a wonderful day!

@Jaspy109 Yes sir, absolutely, the Churchill is one of my favorite tanks, only problem is the roadwheels will eat the part count, but shouldn't really be that much of a problem. :3

The kv got so many upvotes because it’s a funny tank in popular tank games, so people recognize it
