Just start experimenting using fuselage parts, and get inspiration from other builds, look up building technique either on this site or YT (Walv!s is a very good teacher for game mechanics, even build hacks that allows you to build submarines an custom missiles or bombs), don't worry we all started like this, you'll improve as the time goes on!
